Out of over over 17,000 young adults in all training professions covered by the Munich and Upper Bavaria Chamber of Industry and Commerce, 113 trainees completed their educations with the top mark of 1 (on a scale of 1-5 with 1 as the best).
Marianne Buchberger, who trained as a cutting machine operator with Fritzmeier Technologie GmbH & Co. KG, is one of them. In fact, she was the trainee with the single highest score of the year. This freshly qualified specialist can be very proud. CEO Robert Huber and trainer Tobias Erlacher are very pleased with this outstanding achievement.
Traditionally, the Munich and Upper Bavaria Chamber of Industry and Commerce honours the top trainees in a gala ceremony. This year, due to the pandemic this is unfortunately not possible. Instead, to mark this great event even in these challenging times an honourary website was set up.
