Next to the exhibitors in the main halls of the bauma 2016 was an additional 605.000 m² set aside for Training Centers and Associations, giving them space to inspire young people for technical applications.
With a Model Excavator on show - Fritzmeier attracted the attention of the younger generation and used this opportunity to show them playfully the Construction Industry. At the same time they were given an insight into the company and the wide variety of available apprenticeships on offer.
Using the motto “Apprentices form our future” Fritzmeier always involves students when designing new cabs.
